We process orders within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via the shipping option you choose at checkout and come with a tracking number. To ensure delivery of your package, shipped orders over $300 will ship "signature required".

Yes. We do accept customization. Your Satisfaction is our Priority.

 

Yes We do have minimums from 10pcs BUT Private Label minimum is 50pcs.

 

Unfortunately, our third-party insurance company cancels orders that they deem to be high-risk. Several reasons may cause this, however, we are unaware of why. If your order was canceled, you will see a refund back to your account in 3-10 business days.

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping carrier option you choose at checkout (USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL) or visit their website to file a claim.

Why is the color slightly different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use 100% natural and organic ingredients with no chemicals at ALL. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ slightly from batch to batch.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We advise you read the ingredients carefully. Some people can have coconut, avocado, etc allergies. We recommend discontinue use immediately in the event that you do have an allergic reaction.

How come the tracking number isn’t working?

If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.
