WRONG ADDRESS - The customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact USPS.
MISSING PACKAGE - If your package goes missing by USPS, a refund will be issued for the products ONLY - No refund on shipping.
DELIVERED - If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your mail person to see where they left the package.
INVALID ADDRESS - If your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If there’s no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours.

Processing Time
Orders may take 2-5 business days for processing. Once orders are processed, our team will ship your order out. The delivery time depends on what option you chose from USPS
Domestic Orders
USPS Standard Shipping time is 5-7 business days
USPS Priority is 3-4 business day
USPS Express is 1-2 business business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days)
International Orders are about 7- 14 business days USPS Priority International Mail.
This Does NOT include processing time, which is approximately 2-5 business days on regular orders.For Insufficient Addresses: If your package is shipped back to us due to an insufficient address being provided at checkout, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped.
Deegoddess Palace is NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) or UPS MUST be contacted if any packages are lost , stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped.

CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
- -We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- -We do not deliver to your area; or
- -One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible.
TITLE AND RISK
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you or a person nominated by you they will be held at your own risk and you will be responsible for them.

If your tracking number has not updated for an extended time, please be aware that the carrier that you chose at checkout has your package and you will need to contact them for any further updates using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Deegoddess Palace does not work for the carrier companies & is not responsible for damaged goods upon arrival due to the carrier. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status.
